Privacy
The App itself does not collect any data and does not send any of your data to a third party. You do not need to register anywhere to use the App and any of its features. Also analyzing the data is done on the device, so nothing is exposed to a third party.Therefore this App provides the best privacy that is possible on an iPhone/iPad.
Please note that the App uses the Maps that are provided by the iOS. The Maps data are coming from Apple, so when displaying maps, Apple would be able to log the maps usage. But this is nothing specific of the App, this is a general "issue" of the whole iOS system.
Also if you enable the iCloud sync for tracks and regions, the recorded tracks and the defined regions will be saved on the iCloud servers from Apple. But this feature must be explicitly enabled by the user.
As an option you can also include heart rate information when exporting a track into a GPX file. But exporting GPX files can only be done manually by the user.

Privatsphäre
Die App selbst sammelt keine Daten und schickt auch keine Daten an einen externen Server. Sie müssen sich auch nirgendwo registrieren, um alle Features der App nutzen zu können. Alle Auswertungen der Daten erfolgen nur auf dem Gerät und werden nicht an Dritte gesendet.Somit bietet die App die höchste Privatsphäre, die auf einem iPhone/iPad möglich ist.
Beachten Sie aber, dass die App die vom iOS bereitgestellten Karten nutzt, die von Apple bereitgestellt werden. Damit ist dann natürlich Apple in der Lage, die Nutzung der Karte auszuwerten (was aber kein App-spezifisches Problem ist, sondern systemweit gilt).
Auch wenn sie den iCloud-Sync für die Tracks oder Orte aktivieren, landen die aufgezeichneten Tracks bzw. die definierten Orte auf dem iCloud-Server von Apple. Diese Funktion müssen sie aber explizit aktivieren, wenn Sie dieses Feature nutzten wollen.
Man kann ebenfalls die Herzfrequenz beim Export eines Tracks in eine GPX-Datei mit in die GPX-Datei speichern. Dies passiert aber nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Anwenders und kann auch nur manuell geschehen.
